Had a misunderstanding but a patient seller. I didn’t deny that I was wrong, I know my mistake. Doesn’t give an update all the time and I had a hard time contacting her both carousell & sms that’s why I panicked and thought she WAS a scammer (I was scammed before and ofc I didn’t want it to happen again) but isn’t. After that, we decided to talk through it and everything went fine afterwards. 👍🏼 ((* I removed my first review cause that was the time I thought she scammed me.))

It’s been 2 weeks since I deposited the payment from her account. She told me there was some delay on her part and promise to have it shipped last Thursday until now i haven’t received anything. I was constant on asking her for any updates because she doesn’t give one and yet she has the time to update her listings on carousell and she’s always online but ignoring my messages.

I am truly sorry for this Ms. Assumpta. I must admit that it was my fault for not checking your messages. Though i was out of town and my helper was handling all my shipments and inquiries for 2 weeks. She did not tell me that my shipments has been delayed not just yours ma’am but also other orders. I am sorry and i will make sure this will never happen again. Hoping for your kind consideration...
