Product is faulty after trying at home. Owner advise is send the service centre. Yes. Thanks for your clarify. I agree at your house it do work for that few min. The best part is only power cable is given when sold that ia the reason why i text u few day later. But the sound only last for 15 to 20 min it will cut off. That is the fault. So even test at your house for that few min it dont provide that equipment is ok. I am here not to ask for refund just to give comment. Thanks.

I think I need to clarify. To the best of my knowledge this set was working and have been tested b4 and during the sales period. It was tested again with your present before the purchased. After about a week, received a alert that the Bluetooth wasn't working. Tried helping to troubleshoot but beyond my capabilities and thus had to refer you to the service center. I apologize for this unforeseen incident. Wishing u a Happy New Year and Good Health.
