Was not transparent and honest. I bought the karcher vacuum cleaner from him whom he bought it from someone else 4 months ago. The vacuum cleaner was dirty and the 2 smaller heads of the vacuum cleaner is Missing. I really felt cheated. Trusted him to deliver a good product cus I needed a good one to vacuum my mattresses for the new year.. but ended up got cheated. Sigh. 😔 Wish it didn't turn out this way.. what an end to the year.
