It was a fast deal and partly my mistake for not checking the item thoroughly bef transacting. Seller listed a size 36 but the top I got was size 44, which was kinda big for me. And apparently it has a “body sebum” smell which I suspect might have been worn and not washed but claimed to be brand new.

The size tag on the T-shirt was a typo, that's why the accurate measurements were clearly stated in the item description. The T-shirt corresponds to a size S (chest 82cm, length 60cm). I'd like to emphasize that the T-shirt was never worn. Your claim that 'it was worn and left not washed' is purely based on your suspicion. There is no evidence to support such accusation. The smell you mentioned is a common odor from the factory, and the T-shirt had been stored in the closet for a while.
