bought a phone from the seller. made some checks on the phone and paid for it. upon arriving home, notice the phone back cover is slightly dislodged(looks like the adhesive re-glued) informed the seller about it and at first agreed for a refund. subsequently, seller denied it and accused me of dropping the phone. I tried to find a solution to resolve the matter with the seller but seller MIA.
