😐 Buyer was excited to make offer and buy as she said needed it by the today/tmr but then MIA a wk and then told me she was low in cash! Perhaps she need not have made an offer so quickly!

buyer had to be reminded multiple times to make payment and even then didn’t manage to make it for two weeks, after which I couldn’t place the order as I was going on vacation. She gave many reasons (hospitalised, friend hadn’t transferred etc.), but still for two weeks? slow replies as well. I didn’t want it to turn out this way, and I do hope you’ll take this feedback before confirming a deal :)
