the item listed showed that it was working well. however when i bought new brough it home, it was not. and seller claimed that it was because my friend/i mishandled it, hence no refunds and also bc it was after 24h? however i plugged it in right after i took it over my friend on the same day and it was already not working despite my friend keeping it in a cool spot, with the box seller has given.

Thank you for affirming in your convoluted review that you received a working item. Your review helps to highlight the ludicrousy of seeking a refund for an item you spoilt, 2 days after you had the item. You have conveniently left out how unreasonable you were, asking me to carry the bulky 10kg item to your preferred location. Also, you did not mention that I transparently stated a LED light defect in my post. I even raised your awareness to the defect. Let others decide who's dishonest.
