Listing said 'fully functional' with white specs 'only on start up' that 'doesn't affect the picture.' Camera had heavy speckling across the whole screen, a jumpy dial, and undisclosed sensor dust visible in photos. Met at night so this couldn't be caught at inspection. Seller refused a refund and return.
