Asked for a WW, I sent it agad. Offered P49 off the posted amount, I accepted agad. I sent the order form, she asked for the SF. I gave the lowest SF via XEND. P100 yung item, P80 yung SF. Then you decided on not purchasing it bec of lack of budget. Could've you just asked first rather than make an offer that abruptly? Hope you understand, I'm hoping for some sense of common decency here. Look me up, I'm a University instructor here in Bataan. I can't tolerate such actions, it's unethical.
