Disappointed to see the condition of the bag..definitely not “brand new” “kept unused” as described

NEW 🖤 Gucci Black/ Ebony GG Monogram Logo Mini Pochette Accessory Hobo Shoulder Bag Authentic

S$350

valuxre 4 年前

Dear all, this is a discontinued piece that’s been kept unused but it cannot be store fresh and pristine. Buyer marked item as received and didn’t bring up anything hence nothing could be done to have explained this further. We do sell mostly vintage or past season pieces and signs of storage can be expected. Most items are heavily discounted from retail, please do not expect brand new, store fresh etc. If an item is new but kept unused for years, it is impossible for it to be like store fresh.

Item received. However the condition is definitely not like new as listed seeing how the lululemon logo has already peeled off. Photos did show that so I blame myself for not checking thoroughly.

Lululemon Energy Bra Galaxy Multicolour Authentic Size 6 (Blue & Pink)

S$27

valuxre 4 年前

Dear all, item isn’t a current season item (you can tell from the size dot). The logo at the back is visible, and this is a Galaxy print which may affect how visible the logo is. I believe that this is an unfair review as buyer didn’t say anything to me upon receiving and as mentioned- she said the “issue” was visible in my photos. A like new item isn’t = brand new, thank you nevertheless. I will always do my best to mediate a situation, unfortunately in this case I wasn’t given the chance to.
