Advertised as brand new. However, product is not sealed which if you buy from store brand new it is sealed. I have checked with Seller and she reconfirmed that it is brand new. When I bought over the product from seller, I opened to find that those original wrapping plastics were left torn in the box. Product looks used, there is a layer of dust on the fan blade. Disappointed with seller.
