sold me an item I can barely use. withheld information about the current condition of the phone's battery life even though I repeatedly said that the battery is my concern. he said he was able to use the phone for an entire day when I can't even use it for 2 hours. proceeded to ghost the buyer after the transaction and refused to resolve the issue.
