Bought a gpu from this seller that he claimed to be in "working condition", but would black screen when under load despite making sure that my psu has enough power to support the gpu. I reinstalled the driver and windows but nothing works, but when I put my old gpu back into my pc everything is working fine. Seller denies that there is any problem with the gpu and refuses to refund me.
