Spoilt Seiko watch?

Have informed u in the carousell text that u are buying a spoilt watch n the advert showed a spoilt watch yet u still wanted to meet. U offered $20 n I accepted. Upon meet up u offered $10 so I declined. Then u offered $20 but if cost of repair is costly u would return the watch n I to refund your $20. That was not the deal! U should not put a review if u cannot honour your part of the deal.
