Seller did not honour her sale. She had accepted my offer. We made arrangement to meet. We had exchanged hp contacts to keep in touch. Then on the day itself, she could not meet at the agreed time. I text her a few times but no response. Then in the evening, she text back that she had sold item off to a higher bidder. She had not informed me earlier about another bidder. When we agree upon a deal on carousell, both parties honour it. It is irresponsible to not respond or inform.
