Item was sent to me with missing parts so I can’t use it. It was also very dirty. Even though it’s a used product, the seller should at least have the courtesy to clean it before sending over. When I contacted them to tell them, they didn’t even apologize. Just told me to contact Carousell to get a refund. I know it’s a cheap 2nd hand product but responses like that simply reflect your character.

This transaction was disappointing. The buyer reported a missing item more than three days after confirmed delivery. As stated in my policy, refunds or exchanges aren’t accepted after receipt if issues aren’t reported promptly. However, I offered a refund out of goodwill to resolve the matter.
