Great communication

Very satisfied with the grooming. Initially wanted just a trim but groomer advised to shave as my cats fur was matted. 💯💯

Groomer is kind enough to share concern on my furbaby urine. Advise on which is good etc. Highly recommend.

First time trying their service, unfortunately it did not turn out too well. sanitary area was barely shaved (despite informing prior to shave more at this area due to cat hair being too long and getting pee stained often) and I needed to trim by myself when my cat got home. Cat nails were cut way too short as well and some were bleeding. There was also a nick on the poor pad.
