I offered full refund for her lost item, and also I am oversea hence I was not able to refund her immediately. I can prove that I'm oversea right now however she decided to leave me a bad comment. I can show SS of our convo to show that I'm sincere on giving a refund SINCE THE FIRST TIME SHE TOLD ME HAVE NOT REACHED, as I know how it feels to get a lost mail.
