Macbook was dented which made opening it difficult. The seller used a hard case and only opened it when selling to me so I think he didn’t know there was a dent. I used the laptop for two meetings 1h each from 100% to 33%. Something is wrong with the battery. The item is priced higher than other sellers but I chose him due to his reviews. I feel like I wasted my mom’s money. Super upset.
