Macbook was dented which made opening it difficult. The seller used a hard case and only opened it when selling to me so I think he didn’t know there was a dent. I used the laptop for two meetings 1h each from 100% to 33%. Something is wrong with the battery. The item is priced higher than other sellers but I chose him due to his reviews. I feel like I wasted my mom’s money. Super upset.

Unfortunately, I can’t provide refund or exchange, moreover you took it with you for more than a week now. As we’ve thoroughly checked the item together before you bring it with you - I did my part as a Seller and your due diligence as a Buyer before this transaction can be made. You can bring it to Apple Service Center and consult the professionals. Cheers!
