very fussy seller.stressful transaction.i paid n my husband went to collect.never mentioned bout the scratches in the cot.quite unhappy with the purchase.

The buyer missed to read the carousel post thoroughly which clearly mentions about the scratches and the picture that shows it. Unnecessary blame game and negative feedback after picking the item. I Offered to refund the entire amount, pay for the transport too and have the cot back, the buyer refused.Thanks for liking my item .

Seller advertised as like new in “excellent condition” less than 10 months old. In reality the wood was very scratched up but I had already made a deposit. Still satisfied with item just upset with lack of transparency.

The buyer himself did a thorough inspection at the time of pick up and never mentioned anything upfront about deposit/refund. After a week of picking up and using the item, suddenly now an upsetting remark comes up! Clueless!
