Seller stated the item had “no cracks, no marks or dents”, but after i found visible marks / scratches hidden under protective foam / sticker area on the stand. When i raised the issue politely, seller accused me of being dishonest instead of resolving the matter professionally. I even offered to return the item at my own transport cost for a refund, but the experience was unpleasant. BEWARE!!!

Mentioned scratch marks on the back of the stand was not visible and was not seen on pickup either. Also normally not visible (back of stand) I offered $80 compensation (more than the cost of replacing the stand just for scratch, stand fully functional) or return to swap out the stand for him, he refused and asked for $150 to $180.. Impatient and offensive behaviour and hurling insults, I had to report him, carousel made him delete his insults. Terrible behaviour. Watch out!
