1. POOR CONDITION. the box of Dior sunglasses has severe scuffing. she did not mention it to me, claiming that she didn’t tell me because i didn’t ask 2. THE ITEM IS FAKE. unlike what she claimed, i have evidence of a recent authenticity check that it is NOT authentic 3. Carousell protection is not reliable. they processed the payment to her despite the fake item i received. DEAL @ YOUR OWN RISK

If you wanna use another acc to sell my sunglasses, by all means do it. But at least remove the dispute and earn your sale in peace. I believe your own listing listed the item as authentic and apparently you have some entrupy cert to prove it. So now is it real or is it fake? Lastly, carousell stated in their email that you have to get back to them within 48hours, if not they will release payment to me, and you didnt get back to them. Dont blame carousell for your own inadequacy to follow up.
