I bought a Makita polisher advertised as brand new but received it with several missing parts, including the essential sponge pad, which the seller said was used and discarded by the shop owner. This was unfair, as I expected a complete product. The transaction did not meet expectations, and I recommend buyers confirm item completeness before purchasing. I hope the seller improves his listings.

It’s frustrating. Listed new Makita Polisher - bare unit, 2 batteries, 1 charger at $950. He low balled at $400, I rejected. He came back with $750 days later & asked for item not in listings. I countered with $900 and he pleaded for $850, citing financial constraints, compared to a used set at $600, speechless. Out of disposing it, I reduced to $850. We met and I helped secure to his bike. That night received msg at 2.30am, asking for ex optional items.. Opportunist or greed? Deal at own risk.
