Seller was understanding initially that I was late to our meeting (which I apologised for), and then she messaged me at 1am to say that the item she bought had “major faults”. I apologised multiple times, and she ignored them only to keep saying that she wouldn’t have bought if she knew the item was “faulty”. The item was not going to fall apart if she wore it but we came to what I hope was an accommodating solution for her.
