Item was mailed out 9 days after payment is made. Seller did not informed that item will be mailed out later than allocated date, but only after I asked. Seller do not reply very promptly, even though I do see her online at times. Although seller was kind enough to include some freebies (Korean skincare), it has already expired on 4 months ago.

For clarity purposes, here’s the fuller picture: I gave buyer FREE REGISTERED MAIL and also a BN phone accessory. That’s at least $10 worth of free gifts (excld. the skincare) given to buyer, out of goodwill. UNEXPECTED urgent personal matters had cropped up, which caused the delay in packing of parcels. For that, I had sincerely apologised to buyer twice. This explanation is solely to give a clearer picture, to any outsider that is reading this.
