6pm he offered to meet at 7pm, saying he was on the way. I saw the message at 630pm, confirmed the meet up and rushed down to bishan. At 640pm dude suddenly told me he will reach 715 because he was eating. So when I reached at 655pm I told him I will charge him $25 (original price) for the shoes that he offered $20 if he was gonna be later than 715pm as I had smth on at 730pm. 716pm dude was still at yishun, still had to get change for his $50 when he reach. Informed it will be $25, got flaked.
