Explained to buyer that the "defect" is not a defect since its a hidden zipper hence the difficulty to zip, and I offered a refund option as well but I guess some people just are not understanding 😓

I would appreciate if you could be honest. You only explained the defect after purchase and not beforehand. I tried the zip while hanging on the hanger and still have "difficulty" ( unable to zip) to zip thus i called it defect. The alteration specialist I went to also stated the zip is faulty and needed repair. As a seller, have you state your refund terms? I supposed buyers need to bear all the consequences? Anyway, sorry I rather not deal with u further.. be it refund or purchase.
