Got the item for less than a day, and it's faulty. Seller isn't replying to my messages and doesn't seem to want to refund or do an exchange. Other buyers, pls watch out for sellers as such. Their reviews have shown less than great about their sold items, and other buyers also complained that their items are faulty. Buy at your own risk.

communication was ok. Delivery was fast. BUT item was not as described, was faulty and opened before instead of bnib. Seller did not communicate it was open to test beforehand and I wouldn't know if it's really bnib. Seller was ok to refund but I didnt as it's too much hassle just for 10$

Seller listed the item as new, I asked again if it is really new (just to be sure), and seller reconfirmed. However, upon receiving the item (milk frother), I clearly knew it was an old item. Frother was wrapped in an old plastic bag, frother had stains on it and so did the manual. The frother also did not work as it should. Instead of stopping automatically, it needed to be visibly tracked and manually stopped or the milk would just overflow. The milk was also not fully heated, just mildly warm. After another 2 uses, the frother refused to heat at all and after which I just got COLD FROTHED MILK. So, my conclusion is that the seller sold me this frother with the intention to cheat me, I think she knew it was going to spoil very soon and thus just marketed it off at a cheap price – and lying that it is brand new. Seller also did not respond when I sent this feedback.
