Sorry to hear that, I hope you have managed to troubleshoot as the item is brand new. Not even used or taken out of the box, other than for to pic for Carousell ad. You may also contact the manufacturer, being that the item is unused. Thanks for your kind feedback.

Very serious seller. Make sure you don't back out deals (even though got good reasons. Advance notice to back out also not accepted). If you backed out from deals seller will leave negative remarks. Oppss. . my fault... It wasn't you that backed out from deals. 'You' in my comments is for other buyers. All those 'advices' are meant for other buyers as well. I was the one that backed out from deals. Ya.. u agreed to cancel deal wif no fuss but I was puzzled that u left a negative remark wif me.

Hello! Thanks for your advice, however I am really puzzled as you were the one who backed out of 2 accepted deals with me as your 2 other offers were rejected being that the offered price were below the stated selling price. Hence you asked to back out, and I agreed with no fuss. This was 2 weeks ago. I did not back out of any deals with you and have gone back to check all my transactions history to confirm. I'll appreciate that you remove this comment.
