Sent my cousin to collect the item but she kept changing the plans. I asked beforehand if she could come down and she said ok. When my cousin was on her way, she said she can’t go down. Then she said she’ll send her husband down. Then cannot send down because he’s cooking. So in the end my cousin has to pay extra cab fare to ask the uncle to wait downstairs. Communication was bad.

It's unfortunate that the buyer has perceived this based on her own expectations. I was at work in the office and she made the decision to send her cousin down when I only asked what's their ETA, so I could make arrangements with my family members. Collection was arranged timely as well. Very disappointed at this review and the lack of understanding from the buyer.

Seller was able to accommodate to my request even though I approached her the last minute.but seller also replied me pretty late too. But, she was willing to accommodate once committed to the deal and even arranged for her dad to pass me the item as she was out when I approached her for the meetup. I also fell asleep on the day of our tentative meetup and seller accommodated for the following day.
