Buyer made an offer and I accepted it. However, despite me prompting him multiple times to deal he went missing for a week. Afterwards, he told me he cannot commit to the deal since he is no longer in Singapore and unwilling to make a deposit despite the agreement. Now he told me not to reserve it for him. Total waste of time and irresponsible person to deal with.

Pretty sure I apologised and made it clear that wasn’t comfortable with 20% deposit and I would circle back to it at the end of the month if it was still avail. Sure I don’t disagree that I couldn’t commit to the deal, but you acted like I committed a war crime not knowing I was still interested in it regardless, was just timing. All good, got a way better deal in the end.
