Knowledgeable seller. Can definitely improve their service. Lovely designs. Unfortunately, item was advertised as preserved flowers but only realise it's faux during self collect. So understandably unsatisfied. Should offer me a bigger discount or free card but nope.😔 Honestly, 4 star is more than fair. Tip : insist on photo to save potential trouble and assuage concerns (need deposit for photo)

Not my job to offer recompense when it's her mistake, hence service. Discount, deposit amt, exchange are set by her, and before found item fault. Thus nothing new was offered to rebalance my loss. Say $10 deposit, then ask 30 then backtrack after I clarify. Deposit oso no photo 1. Meetup, remind her abt discount. Must keep remind/ask? Ask me recommend/supp, yet 3star review me; a customer. Discount was given before deal confirm & he did not ask for a free card. Am also not aware is not preserved flowers until his inspection which I apologise & offer him another cheaper box with preserved flowers. But he turn down as he likes this design with the deer. Hence, he should not fault it. Actual photo taking is only done for confirmed deal otherwise I will be busy taking photos. Lol. Requesting a meager $10 to confirm deal with a possibility to exchange to other item is very reasonable.

Seller was lovely, very friendly and sweet however my only issue was that the product ended up looking almost completely different from the listing image. The quality was just not good and I had to bring it a florist to fix it (pic in car)to make it look presentable for my dear friend’s grad. Would appreciate if seller took a pic of the actual product and sent it to me first before I went down :”)
