Package of 2 cardigans is obviously bigger and heavier than a document size. After explaining that package couldn’t slot into singpost letter box, had to go under parcel, buyer refused to pay up the postage. Spots? don’t see any. Deal and Mail at your own risk.

Was not forthcoming about the flaws of the bag. Did not respond afterwards.

In all awareness I passed to you a functioning luggage. What happened a few days later I don’t know. “Flaws” that are manufacturer’s design and construction are beyond any customers’ control. Giving you the benefits of doubt and out of my goodwill, I have e-trf to you a further discount of which you have accepted.
