Seller tried to pass off a well-used worn bag with missing parts as new and unused. seller did allow me to check before dealing, so giving her the benefit of doubt, perhaps she was unaware of family members using it. before buying, I asked at least twice whether it is unused and seller confirmed it, so perhaps next time I suggest seller double check first before making such claims. thanks.

Hi. Item was on the listing for 1 year. Missing strap was mentioned and slight patches were warned due to age (there won't be patches if item is used). I requested you to check before purchase but you only took a glimpse and passed me $10. No adverse feedback in our communication even after sale until now... a month later. Happy to do a refund if not satisfied. You can keep the bag.

Hi. It is a standardized OEM cable that comes along with the kettle. Suggest it might be good to view the product in the mall before getting it from Carousell. Item is new and unopened.
