Simply because I did not respond for ~4 days* on Carousell and she already gave me a negative feedback. An automatic offer was made by the app and I did not expect that this led me to receive a negative feedback. It’s a bit unfair as I did not intend to do so. Seller did offer to change the feedback to a positive one if I was still keen on the transection but I was unhappy about the experience. As a buyer, I was not keen to make a deal with someone who is so petty. Hope this clarifies. :)
