Seller is very prompt in mailing out the parcel but it will be better if she can inform the buyer of the postage fees before mailing out of the parcel in future.

If I could meetup, I definitely will but I have to take care of a baby and it will be so inconvenient for me to travel all the way to your designated place which in this case the nearest is at Redhill. Thanks for the prompt delivery though :)

Hi, thanks for the feedback. It would’ve been ideal if I could advise on postage cost first. However, it was difficult to estimate the cost without going to the post office (and possibly a 2nd trip if I didn’t get a reply in time). In the end I went ahead with the cheapest option for the postage to avoid multiple trips. On hindsight perhaps I could have asked your threshold for postage first. Or perhaps it’d have been easier if we met up as we had earlier considered. Thanks anyway.

The seller is very kind. As I am a first time Mac owner, she had the patience to Google and screengrab to help me reinstall the MacOS. And her MacBook Air is so well taken care of. Really like new. Very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
