Very odd buyer. Instructions given: bring item to mechanic we specified. If item could not be fixed or was confirmed faulty, we would provide a refund. Instead, buyer chose to go to his own mechanic, ignored the agreed process, and then sent vague videos that did not even clearly show the purchased item. Now item is “faulty”, he throws a tantrum and wants a refund when he use our mechanic. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's only a ballast, anyone can do. If u dare meet me at mechanic and take a look yourself. Avoid call mean already admit it's a faulty item. Low class
