22 Jul 2025 night: Buyer made offer, wants to collect from our shop next day. 23 Jul 2025 1:27pm: Our shop closes at 1:30pm so msg buyer if she's reaching. She replied she fell asleep and that her husband told her he's already bought it but she didn't update us about it, letting us continue to wait for her until we reminded her of the deal.

You will see from every single other 5 star review on my page that this is an anomaly. After I asked the store whether they would be around the next day and they replied, I unfortunately fell asleep. I had never confirmed a time with them to pick up and then the next day I was pre-occupied with my son until their message reminded me. I also apologised multiple times for any inconvenience caused.
