item did not received.follow up with the seller after a week. only said the rider has it in which i follow up for the waybill to track and updated again it was mistakenly included to other parcel of other buyer. i gave ultimatum for a day to refund me but with no action. so disappointing. very persistent to ff up with payment but once received, no updates. unprofessional poor customer service

after another day passed and a promise to refund.still failed promises. seller concern about the bad review but very active to post new items. but cannot afford to refund.
