buyer placed an offer and I accepted, but made no concrete plans for the deal. asked to ship overseas and I enquired where to, but no reply. don't waste people's time by placing offers you don't intend to fulfil.

Offered n was trying to arrange a meet up , texted in watsapp no response but reply in carousell, giving option to tracked mail at $2 but dun want , initially agree on novena but did not fix day n time. End up after asking decided to call off deal, very time wasting , deal with caution
