Very indecisive and a waste of time. He sent an offer and I accepted with an agreement to close this soon. Every time I ask him he says he would come next day but I wasted a week and a potential buyer just waiting for him. So many excuses and no courtesy to apologise even after waiting for a week. I don’t mind selling my stuff for a few dollars less but I expect to keep up your word
