Buyer made offer and asked for collection location. After providing my address, I didn’t hear from him. I texted him to ask when he would be passing by to collect. He replied to advice he had purchased another similar item. I appreciated the fact he had the courtesy to reply.

few days after I accepted the offer the buyer asked me to cancel as he got another deal.. on this case, buyer should not offer, offer only when it is confirmed
