This buyer accused me of selling her a defective item. I had made it very clear in my post that there was a small crack on the inside lever panel in my post. I made it clear that it is self collection only. But she wanted me to arrange deliver y for her . Hours later she tells me the item is broken. Which it wasn’t when picked up from my home. How am I responsible what happens during delivery??
