Good day! I discussed with you prior to sale that someone offered a higher price for the product than you did. I would have held your offer and stuck to my word if you reserved the product, but you didn't even bother reserving the item either. Despite me accepting your offer, I still told you beforehand that someone placed a higher offer and that I couldn't deal at your price point. Yet, here you are, giving me a bad reputation. Despite this, I hope we can both leaen something from this!
