With all due respect sir alam nyo namang good fade gawa din ng vintage din yung shirt pero kinuha nyo padin. Naka indicate napo sa details na good fade pero nag reklamo kayo, kahit naka discount na nga yung item binarat nyo padin knowing na good fade at nag expect kayo na almost brandnew yung shirt. Ugaliing mag basa ng details sa susunod sir bago bumili hindi yung panay reklamo kayo pero hindi nyo naman binabasa yung full details ng item.

Ito lang po yung customer na hindi maka pag antay sa items nya kahit in transit pa. Hindi po namin control yung items once shipped na. Given na yung waybill tracking sa kaniya pero hindi ginagamit. Received na niya yung items nya pero nagawa paring manira. Sa susunod po be patient kasi from Mindanao kayo talagang aabutin ng one week. Still, thank you for your purchased. Solved napo ito, itong si customer hindi lang siguro alam yung process ng shipping line.
