Buyer was unresponsive on some occasion, but managed to strike a date and time to deal. About an hr plus before meeting time, told me would be 30mins to 1hr late cause of school project. I gave a 30mins leeway, and had to forgo my errands. Exactly ONE MINUTE before we were supposed to meet, she told me she had piano class and cant meet. Deal at own risk.
