There was some misunderstanding in between, and did not ask for an exchange as seller stated no exchange in the bio. However seller was very kind to offer and exchange for a defected item. As I stay opposite side of sellers convenient, decided to call of the exchange as it was too far. Nonetheless, seller inform me when she was heading to hougang.
