The video proof wasn’t provided as there’s limitation in this platform which was shared via chat. I’ve ask if you would like the video to be sent to you via WhatsApp or telegram but it wasn’t addressed. &lost in transit is a common risk in normal postage. You still decided to go with it, despite knowing the risk. That’s your choice. Payment was received on 17/8, item mailed on 18/8. I acted promptly and there were no delay. Therefore, your allegation above is untrue & my conscience is clear.
