Received a faulty charger from seller and wasn't even compatible for my surface "pro" 3. When requested for a refund, seller kept changing words saying it was for surface 1/2 but he clearly stated it was for 3. Item was mentioned sealed but was opened when received. He demanded I make a police report because he didn't want to refund the 80 dollars and when he finally agreed to do so, he ripped off 10 dollars as a "restock fee".Ridiculous. Seller has changed refund policy now.Rude seller dont buy
