do not recommend, giving FREE item yet no timing until around midnight of same day. she set 2 to 3pm, said will arrive 2 to 2:30pm when otw yet when asked where she was after 2:30pm she asked me how to come as like there is no Google maps and directions? After 3pm, claims no direct bus when previously asked which bus to take. offered fruits when finally came around 3:30pm, I have things to do too

she asked which station was closer to take a bus which I answer, and how I know where she coming from lol. if you don't know how to come don't request for free item, there's 7 buses if you don't know how to use Google maps that's not on me. I could have not replied her because she was 30 minutes late after SHE SET THE TIME since I'm heading out but knowing she took a cab I waited. I have ss
1 年前（已編輯）If life is bad, don't take it out on others. Assuming people don't know how to use Google maps s a cover for unhelpful, unkind n rude behaviour? Now says got 7 buses yet when asked which bus to take n from where, replied, "Address is given" n refused to furnish info which could have saved time n money. Full of lies, accusations, assumptions, deregatory remarks. Uptight about 20+ mins delay but in home t n uncombed hair still. Wants all to bow at her feet n dance to her music just coz give free.

Hey there. The ratings are to be based on the sales transaction n dealing etc. In fact, u didn't put any effort to pick it up at all n kept saying u can't come to any place at any time n kept delaying n even cancelled in the last minute etc. If I had done the same to u, would u have given me 5 stars? Yet, I still gave a positive review. Should we change well deserved ratings initially given based on how we truly felt at first just because the other party gives us fewer? Is that honest n fair?

horrible and unpleasant buyer, when the customer wanted to do a return and refund, she threatened to report the account to carousell, which resulted in the company submitting an early refund… although my company is at fault, and I did apologise for it, her behaviour was quite unwarranted. extremely unreasonable customer and would urge everyone to stay away😭
I did report u to Carousel, so it wasn't a threat. No thanks for Ur wicked, lying words. We reported u because of Ur unscrupulous sales, initial reluctance to offer change of item/return of deposit until we said we'll report u. When u sell items that is not what u claim it is, u r liable for serious action against u n Ur company. U r lucky we only reported u to Carousel. U put up advert selling wood shoe rack and give customers canvas n metal poles instead n then send us😭 emoji? Unprofessional
